Cinnamon

Cinnamon offers a heat and comforting taste and aroma to baked items, desserts, heat drinks, and savory dishes. Ceylon cinnamon has a lighter, extra delicate taste than the extra widespread cassia cinnamon, with much less warmth. It’s used on this recipe for More healthy Blueberry Espresso Cake (with out dairy)
