Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Thursday introduced that he’ll launch a state-wide motion if the Centre doesn’t grant particular class standing to the state “on the earliest”.

The JD(U) chief, who has been demanding particular standing for a few years, mentioned the state wants this to be able to transfer ahead.
