scant ½ cup (125 g) greek yogurt
3 ½ oz (100 g) pear, peeled, cored, and coarsely diced (0.2 inch/5 mm)

INSTRUCTIONS

Make the crumble:

In a bowl, combine the bottom espresso, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Lower the butter into the espresso combination — it is going to create a sandy texture. Combine within the almonds. Put aside.
